I am Sergio Plumari and I take care of benefits in HR. I am a former pro basketball player. I played for teams such as Emporio Armani Milan and several other Italian teams for almost 13 years. I subsequently achieved an MSc in International Human Resources at Kingston University (CIPD 7). I am writing this blog to find out more about the connection between business and sport. Moreover, I will focus on the Human Resource sector.
